In a series of text messages from Rick Pendlebury sent to Dannika Steward, (published here), Rick stated he was ‘paid off‘ by the Maggie Oliver Foundation.
In a public statement by The Maggie Oliver Foundation (published here), Maggie Oliver has denied Rick was paid off.
One of them is a bare faced liar

The statement from the Foundation is worded in a way that would strongly suggest that Rick was not dismissed, rather, an ‘agreement‘ that Rick ‘leave’.
it was agreed that this individual would leave our employment immediately
The terms of this agreement are vague (or non existent), but in the text messages, Rick says
they are that frightened I would bring down the Foundation they gave me a pay off.“
The statement from the Foundation tells of their findings which are clearly grounds for gross misconduct and instant dismissal.
This found that he had both breached the Foundation’s safeguarding policies and misled the Charity
In a recently recorded video, Rick Pendlebury stated
I resigned from the charity to protect it.
This is the only comment indicating the terms of that agreement, that Rick was allowed to resign.
In November 2024 (after his departure from the Foundation), Rick maliciously, and illegally, identified the full identity of a survivor on X (published here). Rick was duly arrested by his friends at GMP, and he remains on police bail under investigation.
The survivors identity was only known by Rick through his employment at the Foundation.
The same survivor (along with another female) previously reported their concerns in person about Rick to Maggie Oliver And Jennie Lucas in early 2023 – those concerns were ignored (I was in the same meeting).
The same survivor (along with another survivor) reported further serious data breach concerns about Rick in May 2024 while at the Survivors Charity Ball event.
Rick had lied about his suitability to work at the Foundation as he was dismissed from GMP for serious data breaches. (read about that here), or, Rick, Maggie and Jennie turned a blind eye to his suitability.
Even so, Maggie Oliver, (an ex GMP officer) and Jennie Lucas (CEO) permitted Rick to bypass the Foundations own published safeguarding policies, and even promoted him to the Head of Safeguarding.
Jennie Lucas, who is the deputy Safeguarding officer even defended Rick from his sinister actions in the police.
Even after all this… there was an ‘agreement‘ for Rick to ‘leave‘ the Foundation allegedly, without a blemish on his employment record from the Foundation.
There are suspicions that Rick has information that is hugely damaging to the Foundation or the reputation of Maggie Oliver, and that Rick has used this as leverage, possibly even blackmail, to avoid being dismissed.
In a signed statement of truth in unrelated legal proceedings, Rick wilfully lied, saying he resigned from the Foundation due to the constant abuse that was being directed towards himself and the Foundation – presumably referring to the factual artilces on this very website.
Rick also wilfully lied in the same statement saying – The Foundation took steps to stop the abuse by gaining an injunction.
A catalouge of lies and deception.
The Maggie Oliver Foundation has a lot to answer. The beneficiaries of the Foundation (the survivors in its care) need the truth. Not lies and deception.
They need to know the risks they face given that Rick had access to their personal and sensitive data and that Rick has already intentionally disclosed the identity of one of those survivors.
The Maggie Oliver Foundation are vicariously liable for the actions of Rick Pendlebury amounting from any harm cause by his employment.
I believe you Christina Gerrard. I also have masses of evidence police are scum. Kill the bill.

I’ve volunteered with a local charity for BME victims of childhood abuse. I’ve met Maggie a few years back at an event she was speaking at. She came across as very genuine and caring, and I would trust her in all that she does. I’ve looked back through a few of your blogs and there seems to be a lot of personal issues for you in this. I don’t think you are being ethical and I suspect you have personal grudges with both these people. Maggie has clearly taken the best steps and the Rick guy no longer works there. I’m not sure you have a horse in the race with this as there actually nothing left for Maggie to do that she hasn’t already done. I found your blog through a retweet on that Dannika Stewart’s X account. I’m not sure she is a believable individual. She came across as a bit strange.
I tried to access that foundation in a futile attempt to get help for masses of evidence I have against corrupt police officers in Cornwall, Sussex, Surrey & the MET…. all irrefutable & from police & other organisational sources. Police had me dragged from my car & then taken to a disused building overnight where i was stripped, tormented, humiliated, degraded & ultimately raped, all on film & with officers turning up throughout the 8 hour ordeal to watch & film it on their phones.
I cant get ANYONE to deal with this case! Maggie Oliver declined to even speak to me regarding all the evidence I have for the huge cover-up that ensued after these events. They even tried to run me off the road on the M25 following official complaints I lodged….
