i’m going through a similar thing with Dyfed Powys police, a Sergeant lying to protect a drug user/dealer who we have suffered harassment/threats for 5 years, sergeant worked with suspect and suspect recorded their conversations so sergeant could not allow suspect to be prosecuted, we were told two cases had gone to CPS and both NFA, i found out no case had been to CPS(SUBJECT ACCESS REQUEST), made complaint to PSD and IOPC but both sided with Police, i now have irrefutable evidence with proves a number of lies and everything in my complaint i said can be proved( evidence from police themselves but they do not realise yet),just got to find someone to help fight my corner! ,there was also a number of data breaches by police, they were having meetings with my partners Mental health clinic and feeding them false information and all this took place without our knowledge/permission,only found out when we asked for a Subject Access Request,
