Disgraced ‘reckless’ Rick Jones now makes false defamation claim which could be criminal offence

After our exclusive report about disgraced Rick Jones being sacked by Nottingham police, I created a YouTube video on the story.

The YouTube video is factual.  It stated that Rick Jones was allegedly investigated for sexual offences including rape. I put Rick to STRICK PROOF of the allegation that any part of the video is defamation.

Even though we have conclusive evidence the investigation took place, we still used ‘alleged’.  Evidence of this was presented in the YouTube video of the investigation as well as other facts related to Rick Jones.

Today, we were notified that a ‘defamation’ complaint had been made against the video and as such, YouTube has temporarily taken it offline, we have a right of appeal and have appealed.

Rick Jones is aware that the video was not defamation according to UK law… the Defamation Act 1996 is clearly defined and we have without question operated lawfully.

We gave Nottingham police force and Mr Rick Jones a right of reply both failed.  Nottingham police did acknowledge the request.

Therefore, his act of making a false allegation to impair the operation of a computer could fall unders3 of the Computer Misuse Act 1990.

Unauthorised acts with intent to impair, or with recklessness as to impairing, operation of a computer, etc.

(1) A person is guilty of an offence if—

(a) he does any unauthorised act in relation to a computer;
(b) at the time when he does the act he knows that it is unauthorised; and
(c) either subsection (2) or subsection (3) below applies

Now ‘reckless Rick‘ is more than aware that the facts are absolutely correct and this his statement to YouTube has caused interference with our channel and that will not be taken lightly.

Whatever the outcome of the YouTube appeal, we will continue to report on the allegations against Rick Jones on this website.  We are aware that this is a matter in progress and aware that Rick Jones has brought disrepute on the force he once worked.

We, therefore, challenge disgraced Rick Jones to use the UK Courts if he thinks that the video is defamation!

He must first follow pre-action protocol for the Civil Procedure Rules with a Letter before Claim over the alleged defamation, after this, we will respond to him.  This can be sent to our info@ email address and we will confirm acknowledgement and formally respond.

Any continued attempt to intentionally hinder our reporting of matters that are of public interest will be met with legal action and that may include injunctive measures to prevent Rick Jones from further disruptive behaviour.
