Lancashire Police Corruption allegations: Their Vendetta

In recent years, Lancashire Police have faced accusations of police corruption over their vendetta against a local man who previously sued them for £35,000. This incident, detailed by Iain Gould, highlights troubling behaviour that questions the integrity and motives of Lancashire Police.

The Case of Paul Turner

The saga began when the man outed Paul Turner, a police informant, after the police refused to investigate Turner for making death threats and malicious communications. Frustrated by the lack of action, the man took to social media and news outlets, protesting how the police protected their informant rather than addressing the threats against him. This public stance appears to have triggered a prolonged harassment campaign by the police.

Persistent Legal Battles

The man’s battle with Lancashire Police did not end there. He has sued the force three times, accumulating over £42,000 in settlements. Currently, he is pursuing a further civil claim. The man claims the police target him to silence his criticisms. Alarmingly, the police have even sought an injunction to prevent him from speaking publicly about the officers involved in this ongoing vendetta.

Ignored Crimes and Collusion Allegations

The man has also alleged that the police have allowed others to target him, often turning a blind eye to crimes committed against him. This negligence has forced him to use Judicial Reviews and private prosecutions to seek justice. He accuses Lancashire Police, in collusion with Greater Manchester Police (GMP), of ignoring and suppressing evidence. This alleged collusion, reported by the Manchester Evening News, further erodes public trust and highlights a systemic problem within the force.

Failures of Oversight

The Lancashire crime commissioner, both past and present, has been accused of failing to oversee the police adequately. Despite numerous reports of misconduct, the commissioners have seemingly ignored their duty to hold the police accountable. In one notable case, the Independent Office for Police Conduct (IOPC) backed Lancashire Police, but the IOPC conceded after a judicial review forced them to acknowledge their failings.

Conclusion

The ongoing conflict between Lancashire Police and the man who has repeatedly sued them raises significant concerns about the force’s conduct and priorities. Rather than addressing legitimate grievances and threats, the police appear engaged in a sustained campaign to silence a critic. This situation demands urgent attention and intervention from higher authorities. Justice and public confidence in the police are at stake. The actions of Lancashire Police undermine their credibility and threaten the principles of justice and accountability they are sworn to uphold.

  2. I am a 72year old widow living alone and my next door neighbour has done everything he to drive me out of my home. A long ongoing catalogue of complaints, not just from me but others where his girlfriend lives have resulted in the complainants being victimised by local police. They have now issued me with a cpwnotice with absolute lies levelled against me while the neighbour who is known for stalking gets full protection from Lancashire police. They have even refused to view cctv evidence. Many letters to various authorities but no help, the iopc said they will not investigate, even though the evil neighbour used a precision drone to drop a load of rat poison into my birdbath. He said he’d never bought rat poison but I got a copy of the receipt from a local supplier who said he’d bought a huge amount. The police just said that it was wrong of the store to give me the receipt. I presume this vile person is an informant as his other victims have also had complaints either lost or deleted. Can anyone suggest a good solicitor, I need help.

  4. FORMAL COMPLAINT

I wish to make a formal complaint against PC 1469.

I believe he is totally harassing me because of another matter which occurred last week.

In relation to my Penalty Notice Disorder which Is totally spurious, I will be requesting a court hearing although I Doubt it will ever get to that because the evidence is very questionable!

He has also issued a Community protection notice although I don’t have a copy of it in relation to my neighbors Max Constant who has been harassing me and making my life a misery for years.

Police have failed in their duty to investigate the constant complains of harassment and criminal damage but when these people make some spurious allegation The policer act on it.

I asked for details of the alleged times of harassment. He said I was shouting through the fence But no details were given as I have cctv to refute any allegations.

This matter has been going on for years and causing me a lot of stress and anxiety.

The actions of the police are unlawful.I want a full proper investigation , not a whitewash.
